Your Role with Us

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving consistent and profitable sales growth through strategic planning and effective management of the external sales team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work closely with various departments and branches, utilizing diverse resources to achieve set sales targets.

Your Contributions

  • Sales Strategy Development: You will identify key objectives and formulate strategies to enhance both short-term and long-term sales performance. You will assist sales representatives in building strong relationships with high-level decision-makers.
  • Key Account Management: You will engage in sales activities for major accounts in collaboration with the District Manager, taking ownership of significant strategic clients.
  • Team Leadership: You will oversee and nurture the sales and support teams, providing regular assessments of their productivity and performance.
  • Revenue Forecasting: You will create targeted plans to ensure growth across all product lines and analyze the impact of sales strategies on overall profitability.
  • Collaborative Sales Initiatives: You will partner with the District Sales team to devise strategies aimed at increasing market share across all offerings.
  • Brand Representation: You will act as a Brand Ambassador, enhancing brand visibility while supporting sales initiatives and improving customer experiences, ensuring our corporate image is consistently represented.

Your Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a managerial role or a combination of experience and education.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to share knowledge, train, and inspire team members.
  • A genuine passion for developing, mentoring, and coaching individuals.
