Position Overview

As a Corporate Sales Manager at Sam Sandhu Computers, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and enhancing client relationships. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Budget Oversight: Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenditures.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate promotional strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for the introduction of new product lines.
  • Policy Development: Establish and enforce organizational policies and procedures regarding sales operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the sales team in cultivating relationships with business clients and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Sales Operations Management: Organize and oversee regional and divisional sales activities.
  • Departmental Direction: Plan, direct, and assess the activities of sales departments across various sectors.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage sales personnel.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of approximately 5-10 sales professionals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of post-secondary education (College/CEGEP).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a sales management role.
