Position Overview: The Facilities Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations within the establishment, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit and train cleaning personnel or facilitate their training.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  3. Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  4. Suggest or organize additional services needed, such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  5. Assist cleaning staff in their duties as necessary.
  6. Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure efficiency.
  7. Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.

Supervision: This role involves overseeing a team of 1 to 4 cleaning staff.
