We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Park Inn Motel. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our facilities meet all health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
