We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Park Inn Motel. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel premises.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to identify any areas that require attention and ensure that our cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and recommend these to management.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and assistance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
