Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Park Inn Motel. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel premises.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations and establish work schedules to meet the needs of the hotel.
- Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 1 to 2 people, or 3-4 people, depending on the needs of the hotel.
- Screening Questions: Conduct screening interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for cleaning and maintenance roles.
- Experience and Qualifications: Ensure that all cleaning staff have the necessary experience and qualifications to perform their duties effectively.
- Health Benefits: Provide health care plans and other benefits to our cleaning staff.

- Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
