Position Overview

The Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities at Park Inn Motel. This position involves overseeing cleaning staff and maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Identify and arrange for additional services, including painting, repairs, and renovations
  • Assist cleaning staff in their daily tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 1 to 4 cleaning staff members.
