The Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities at Park Inn Motel. This position involves overseeing the cleaning staff and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervision: Coordinate and supervise the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed to standard.
  • Site Inspections: Regularly inspect facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and suggest additional services such as repairs, renovations, or equipment upgrades as necessary.
  • Assistance: Provide support to cleaning staff in their daily tasks as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align cleaning schedules and activities.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Supervisory Scope

This role involves supervising a team of 1 to 4 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
