As a key member of the Market Development Team, the Market Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue and productivity objectives for designated geographical areas and specialized accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and productivity targets for the assigned portfolio
- Formulate an annual strategic plan for market expansion
- Create marketing strategies and incentive programs for potential accounts
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and incentive agreements with prospective clients
- Act as a representative of the Company in relevant organizations, institutions, trade shows, and other significant events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Travel Sales, Hospitality, Aviation, or a comparable field
- Knowledge of private fares and contract negotiation processes
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English, French, and Spanish
- Strong analytical, business development, organizational, and communication abilities, including public speaking, presentations, sales, and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and produce analytical reports
