As a key member of the Market Development Team, the Market Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue and productivity objectives for designated geographical areas and specialized accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and productivity targets for the assigned portfolio
  • Formulate an annual strategic plan for market expansion
  • Create marketing strategies and incentive programs for potential accounts
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and incentive agreements with prospective clients
  • Act as a representative of the Company in relevant organizations, institutions, trade shows, and other significant events

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Travel Sales, Hospitality, Aviation, or a comparable field
  • Knowledge of private fares and contract negotiation processes
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English, French, and Spanish
  • Strong analytical, business development, organizational, and communication abilities, including public speaking, presentations, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and produce analytical reports
