Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Manager at EightSix Network, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue opportunities within your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute strategies that meet or exceed sales targets, while building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction, siding, and steel products industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
