About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales opportunities with existing customers and develop new market segments to drive revenue growth.
  • Determine customer needs by demonstrating knowledge of the industry, pricing, and competition, and develop effective proposals to meet their needs.
  • Participate in sales submissions and ensure timely follow-up with customers to monitor opportunities and projects.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to key accounts and develop strong partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, product dynamics, and market trends to inform sales strategies and drive results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
  • Produce regular sales reports to analyze variances, revise strategies, and drive results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or steel industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the industry, pricing, and competition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive results.
  • Valid driver's license and intermediate English language proficiency.
