Job Summary

As a Territory Account Executive at Radwell, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship in a specific sales area. This includes promoting Radwell's repair, surplus, distribution product, and asset recovery services daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales activities for a specific assigned territory, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, positioning products and services to achieve maximum sales potential.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer service and goodwill.
  • Analyze market trends and statistics to develop targeted sales campaigns and create sales quotas.
  • Negotiate and implement agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports for management and customers, highlighting sales performance and market insights.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts, aligning with national objectives.
  • Identify new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
Requirements
  • Proven sales or customer relationship building experience.
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Clean driving record and knowledge of the geographical area is a plus.
