About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst III to join our Global Operations & Business Services team at TD Securities. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering continued business success through leadership, collaboration, innovation, and forward-thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders across the bank, ensuring operational readiness and timely delivery of services.
  • Process, manage, and maintain client and credit limit data in various systems for new and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze and resolve exceptions from various reconciliation processes, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are updated regularly, providing training to team members on best practices and processes.
  • Collaborate with key business and technology partners to ensure a clear end-to-end project understanding and view, validating completeness of operational readiness activities and cutover planning for projects nearing go live.
  • Assist with gathering data for internal auditors and other control areas as required, working with manager to escalate known issues to the appropriate business partner and/or technology partner.
  • Assist manager to ensure distribution of work and management of team mailbox are efficiently handled and prioritized to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Put forward creative, innovative ideas to streamline processes and simplify the way we operate, helping build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.
Requirements
  • University or college degree with relevant experience.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of trading businesses and operating environment, business processes, and procedures, and the transaction lifecycle for Client Data Services as it relates to all businesses supported.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively train and motivate team members.
  • Motivated to learn quickly and deliver on business deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems effectively.
  • A go-getter who can exercise initiative and ability to handle several tasks and changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook).
  • VBA and technical skills is an asset.
