About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst III to join our team at TD. As a key member of our Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO), you will play a critical role in providing specialized end-to-end BI support, visualization, and analytics for significant business functions and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Intelligence Support
    • Provide specialized reporting packages, dashboards, and scorecards for businesses, focusing on understanding objectives and delivering insights for product design and development, customer engagement, account management, and business decision-making.
    • Use various methodologies to rapidly generate impactful interactive visualizations or tools.
  • Initiative Implementation
    • Lead the implementation of initiatives in support of overall business/function strategy.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Conduct analysis to provide enhanced BI to inform management leadership teams.
    • Create complex and comprehensive BI reporting packages and dashboards utilizing data infrastructure, localized datamarts, and external data sources.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program, and project managers.
    • Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and other business units, including participation in cross-functional groups or committees.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong understanding of reporting, BI tools, and visualization platforms.
    • Ability to connect to multiple data sources and systems relevant to the business unit supported.
    • Facilitation, data analysis, and manipulation of large volumes of data.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
