About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at 626498 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking linens.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items, ensuring that guests' personal belongings are returned promptly.
  • Supply Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, and clean and disinfect elevators, changing rooms, and showers.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
Work Environment

As a Front Desk Hotel Clerk, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You will be part of a team that values client focus, dependability, reliability, and teamwork.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
