About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at KS Enterprise Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate dosages and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with grocery shopping and other errands, ensuring they have access to essential items.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess excellent communication skills, punctuality, and a strong sense of reliability and honesty.
