Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with various needs, including learning disabilities and autism, to live fulfilling lives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support, tailored to the individual's needs, and empower them to reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support adults with diverse needs, including learning disabilities and autism, to live independently in their own homes.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans, in collaboration with the individuals we support and their families.
  • Provide practical and emotional support, including managing medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, as well as assisting with daily living tasks.
  • Engage individuals in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being, such as cooking, art, or listening to music.
  • Facilitate social interactions and community engagement, including outings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and company policies.

  • A good general education and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to the values and principles of Ivolve Care & Support, including empathy, kindness, and respect for individual autonomy.
  • A satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable).

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
  • Previous experience working in a social care setting.
  • Knowledge and commitment to equal opportunities and diversity.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and company policies.
