We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our academic operations team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within a university setting, including reception services, document preparation, and coordination of marketing and communication efforts.
  • Assist with the coordination of academic forms, testing, and documents for multiple departments.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Certification in a business or office-related program.
  • 3+ years of working experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
