About Ustaad G 76 Maple Ridge

We are a dynamic and fast-paced food service company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that are both appealing and profitable, taking into account seasonal ingredient availability and customer preferences.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of a busy kitchen environment.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

A fast-paced kitchen environment with a physically demanding workload.
