About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Indian Zaika Bar & Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's unique flavors and cuisine.

Staff Management

Train and supervise our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of food quality.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
