We are a reputable culinary establishment seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
    • Work closely with our culinary team to ensure menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and mentor our culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
    • Work with our purchasing team to negotiate the best prices for our ingredients and supplies.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure our menu items meet our high standards.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
