About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Austin Fish & Chips Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's commitment to quality and freshness.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and ensure that we are always stocked with the freshest ingredients.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
