Unlock Your Potential as a Sales and Leasing Consultant
Mercedes-Benz Durham, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
- Act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the vehicle purchasing process
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches
- Listen to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
- Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, and benefits
- Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
- OMVIC license in good standing and a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
