New Vehicle Sales Director

At Zanchin Automotive Group, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Director to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage the New Vehicle Sales Department, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, directing, and leading the New Vehicle Sales operation, including staffing, forecasting, and attaining projected sales objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Planning and executing monthly and annual objectives for vehicle sales, gross profit, and expense management
  • Managing the customer relationship management system, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting
  • Coaching and improving performance of Sales Consultants and Finance & Insurance Managers

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in customer service and dealership environment. Key qualifications include:

  • 5 years of proven experience in a dealership facility
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems (i.e., CDK/Reynolds)
  • Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
  • Valid OMVIC License
