Role Overview

Boutique 1861 is seeking a highly skilled and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as a Stylist in Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through personalized fashion advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, creating a unique shopping experience that meets their individual needs and preferences.
  • Fashion Advice: Offer expert fashion advice, helping customers to select the perfect items to suit their style and preferences.
  • Store Operations: Handle transactions, maintain store inventory, and ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, promote brand awareness, and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience, particularly in fashion retail, is preferred.
  • Skills: Passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent time management skills are essential.
