At EssilorLuxottica Group, we pride ourselves on our multi-disciplinary team of eye care specialists, including optometrists, opticians, and eyewear stylists, who are dedicated to providing personalized eye care services and a curated selection of quality eyewear products, including glasses, sunglasses, lenses, and contact lenses from both popular and independent brands.

The primary responsibility of the Optical Retail Manager is to lead and inspire the team within the EssilorLuxottica organization.

The Optical Retail Manager is accountable for achieving key performance metrics by embodying the Brand Story and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:
# Delivering training and mentorship to the team utilizing Company-provided programs
# Analyzing performance reports to develop and implement strategies for enhancing store KPIs, such as:
# NPS – Net Promoter Score
# % Sales to Plan
# Training Saturation
# Recruiting and hiring a highly motivated team to ensure optimal staffing
# Collaborating with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance the customer and patient experience while driving store KPIs
# Taking pride in the store's appearance and guiding the team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks according to established guidelines to ensure an outstanding customer and patient experience
# High School diploma or equivalent
# 4+ years of management or supervisory experience
# Strong team-building and leadership skills
# Proficient sales abilities
# Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators
# Ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines

State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states
# Participation in the Antoine Laoun Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program
# Previous experience in customer service and retail environments
# Knowledge of current store merchandise
