We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our store on St Denis Street in Montreal, Quebec.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Ensure sales efforts align with and support organizational strategy, being accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes.
- Inventory Management: Develop and optimize stock turnover, margin, and customer base.
- Customer Service: Deliver and train staff on exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest level of customer experience in the store.
- Visual Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising and brand image according to Carré Blanc standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead sales staff, fostering cohesion, team spirit, and promoting curiosity, diversity, and collaboration within the team.
- Operational Management: Manage back-office operations, including inventory management and store schedules, and provide feedback and guidance to the team on market/competitive pricing, new products, and competitive activity.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Business Management (an asset)
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in People Management, 5+ years of Retail experience, and experience working in a multi-channel (direct/indirect) environment, with e-commerce experience being an asset.
- Language: Bilingual in English and French
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, rigorous, results-oriented, and always striving for excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to embrace change, committed, proactive, and passionate about retail and customer service.
