Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a personalized approach, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Product Knowledge: Provide advice to clients based on their personal style and preferences, creating a loyal customer base.
- Operations: Complete all transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Boutique 1861 as a fashion expert, promoting our brand values and aesthetic.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service, preferably in fashion retail.
- Skills: Passion for fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
