Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Carré Blanc Canada. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and achieve budgeted sales volumes.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, providing a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Employee Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing opportunities for employees to grow and advance in their careers.
- Team Collaboration: Encourage collaboration and teamwork among employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Business Management (an asset)
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in People Management and 5+ years of Retail experience
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, rigorous, results-oriented, and always striving for excellence
- Language: Bilingual in English and French
