Position Overview

The Office Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the organization. This position requires a blend of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate events such as seminars and conferences
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Manage scheduling and confirmations for appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts
  • Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems
  • Type and proofread various documents including correspondence and forms
