Your Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered, goal-oriented nursing care in alignment with provincial standards. You will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, fostering trusted relationships with residents, families, and colleagues through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for:

  • Implementing and assessing care plans, making adjustments as necessary
  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to unregulated care providers

What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the relevant province
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience with senior care
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
  • A recent Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
