About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at SME PIZZA ONTARIO LTD. as an Executive Culinary Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative recipes and menus that showcase culinary expertise and meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques to ensure exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals for events and banquets, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and lead kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Cook Trade Certification.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of culinary excellence.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team environment with a focus on maintaining high standards.
Language and Schedule
  • English language proficiency required.
  • 32 hours of work per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
