Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at ACHYUTAM GROUP INC. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase a variety of ethnic cuisines, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations.
  • Culinary Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, as well as inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure that our standards of quality and safety are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
