- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
The work environment can be fast-paced and noisy, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Possess knowledge of the culinary genres relevant to the establishment.
- Oversee the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
This position involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Physical RequirementsCandidates must be able to:
- Stand for extended periods.
- Bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
- Walk and move around the work area efficiently.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours per week of work.
