Culinary Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hai Di Lao Canada Restaurants Group Ltd. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Direct and manage the activities of our food service staff, including supervising food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
Train and Develop StaffProvide on-the-job training and coaching to our food service staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels.
Staff Recruitment and ManagementRecruit, hire, and manage our food service staff, ensuring that we have the right talent and skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, consistently delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Reporting and AdministrationPrepare and submit reports on food order summaries, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to our culinary department.
Work Schedule ManagementEstablish and manage work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
