Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Royal Paan. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Staff Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including scheduling, staff supervision, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support the settlement and integration of newcomers and refugees, including providing assistance with immediate needs and facilitating access to community resources.
- Support for Youth: Participate in programs that support youth employment, including offering on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities.
- Support for Veterans: Participate in programs that support veterans, including offering mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people, including offering mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in programs that support visible minorities, including offering mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English language proficiency.
