Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at UNION GENERAL CONTRACTING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data assembly and report preparation
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Office Management
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including inventory and budgetary controls
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
