Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beverage Service Specialist to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality beverages and food items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a register/POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs and providing a positive experience.
  • Prepare and serve specialty beverages and food items according to brand standards.
  • Count, organize, and balance cash drawers, fill out cashier slips, and make deposits as needed.
  • Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Set up and break down coffee bars, stations, or stores, including cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
  • Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Previous experience as a barista preferred.
  • Basic math and counting skills required.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to follow required dress code as assigned.
  • Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
  • Complete Food Handling Certification as required.
