Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at H. SPRING INC., you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations within our coffee shop environment. Your expertise will ensure that our establishment maintains the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and guide team members to foster a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of operations, including inventory and staff performance.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a coffee shop or similar setting.
  • A strong focus on client satisfaction and adaptability.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.

This is a full-time position, requiring 30 to 40 hours of commitment per week.
