Position Overview

The role of the Café Manager at Ninetails Coffee involves overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Assess and enhance daily operations to optimize performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Track revenue and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Staff Management: Evaluate staff performance, recruit new team members, and create work schedules.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff to ensure quality service and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet service demands.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers for food and beverage procurement.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
