About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervision: Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
