Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Utilize dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishware, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at dining tables and service stations.
  • Keep accurate records of food inventory usage.
  • Prepare take-out orders and package food items appropriately.
  • Measure and wrap food portions for service.
  • Assist in the preparation, heating, and finishing of simple food offerings.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet setups.
  • Process customer orders efficiently.
  • Ensure the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and sanitized.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
