About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kreate Systems. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Process and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless workflow
  • Office Operations
    • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and bank deposits
    • Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
