**About the Role**

As a Regional Director of Business Development, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our auto recycling yards across Eastern Canada. With a strong focus on customer service and sales, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and planning the daily activities of our work teams to ensure efficiency and quality of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and motivate the production and customer service team, including quarterly employee performance appraisals;
  • Work in conjunction with project managers to optimize and continuously improve processes;
  • Buy and sell used cars to meet sales targets;
  • Ensure local marketing efforts are effective;
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve production and sales objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of five years' experience in customer service and management;
  • Experience in retail or automotive sales is an asset;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset;
  • Good time management and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
