Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Business Operations to join our team at Ortec Environnement Services in Abitibi. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, and ensuring the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage and oversee all aspects of operations, including commercial, administrative, financial, and operational activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships with clients
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Manage and maintain company assets, including vehicles and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including health and safety standards
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of the industrial cleaning industry and experience in business development, financial management, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
