Vos responsabilités
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs financiers de la succursale en identifiant avec votre équipe les comportements et les activités de développement d'affaires attendus
  • Offrir un coaching personnalisé aux conseillers, au gestionnaire des services clients et au groupe de soutien au développement des affaires pour développer leurs compétences et les aider dans leur parcours de carrière
  • Recruter, développer et gérer les performances de vos membres d'équipe
  • Mobiliser votre équipe pour assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle
  • Veiller à ce que vos membres d'équipe respectent et appliquent les règles d'engagement établies pour la segmentation des clients, la SEO, l'exécution des transactions, la gestion des risques, la conformité réglementaire et les procédures opérationnelles de la succursale
  • Agir en tant qu'agent de conformité de l'unité commerciale (AUMR) pour superviser tous les représentants de fonds mutuels (SCR)
  • Développer des relations durables avec les clients de la succursale, à travers diverses activités visant à l'acquisition et à la rétention des clients
  • Optimiser la qualité des services aux petites entreprises, en alignant l'allocation des conseillers avec le potentiel de marché de la succursale

Exigences de base
  • Entre cinq et dix ans d'expérience : en gestion et en coaching d'une équipe de conseillers / en développement des affaires dans le domaine financier
  • Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) et huit à dix ans d'expérience ou diplôme universitaire lié à l'industrie et cinq à sept ans d'expérience ou maîtrise et cinq ans d'expérience, en fonction du niveau de la position
  • Être un représentant de fonds mutuels (REC)
  • Être responsable de la conformité de l'unité administrative (RCUA) ou devenir l'un dans les 3-6 mois suivant votre embauche
