Business Development Manager

Your primary responsibility will be to establish connections with key acquisition targets on behalf of CDaaS clients, advancing those conversations forward.
You will engage with decision-makers at these targets primarily through phone, email, or LinkedIn, identifying their strategic initiatives (e.g., M&A, succession planning), confirming suitability for our clients, preparing memos, and making introductions to our clients.
Your outreach targets will be well-documented and segmented in our CRM, and you will have access to advanced prospecting tools and software.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, nurture, and manage a prospect pipeline
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in our CRM
- Embrace data-oriented practices to optimize personal performance
- Exhibit a thirst for ongoing learning and development to ensure target achievement, professional growth, and increased knowledge of M&A and capital markets
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or a relevant field, having graduated near the top of your class
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and capital markets
- Display outstanding ability to engage and influence prospects over email/LinkedIn/phone
