Global Client Solutions Executive

As a pivotal member of our Commercial Multi-National division, you will take on the role of Client Solutions Manager, directly engaging with our esteemed multi-national clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated portfolio of multi-national clients, focusing on business retention and enhancing customer relationships.
- Conduct thorough reviews of accounts during renewal periods, ensuring appropriate coverage is placed and re-marketing is executed when necessary.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining high standards of service and quick turnaround times.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with Account Executives to secure new business.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the insurance market, including new products and policy changes.
- Proven ability to provide innovative and resourceful solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks to exceed client expectations.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficient with technology and quick to adapt to new systems and processes.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines, particularly with large multi-national accounts, preferably in a brokerage setting.
- Possession of an active RIBO License and willingness to obtain a Quebec license.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a significant advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM are highly regarded.
- Familiarity with EPIC software is considered beneficial.
