About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our Global team at GGB. As a key member of our brokerage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our entertainment clients, while also driving business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated portfolio of entertainment clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking a proactive approach to placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when necessary, and adhering to binding authority set by carriers.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving the creation of quality leads and working with account executives to bind clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes, ensuring you have the latest knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work closely with Client Solutions Associates to ensure accurate handling of all required documentation and provide mentorship to build their knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of commercial insurance brokering experience, with a strong background in the entertainment industry.
  • Experience with property and liability insurance, with a keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build deep relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and exceeding client expectations.
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations, with active and good standing RIBO.
  • Knowledge of EPIC is considered an asset.
