About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Global team at GGB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our multi-national clients, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated portfolio of multi-national clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their risk management needs.
  • Review accounts at renewal, ensuring seamless coverage and adherence to binding authority.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and policy changes to provide expert advice to clients.
About You
  • You have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a solution-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for risk management.
  • You have a strong understanding of commercial lines and a focus on large multi-national accounts, ideally within a brokerage environment.
  • You hold an active RIBO License and are willing to pursue a Quebec license if required.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is considered a strong asset, and relevant certifications (CAIB, CIP, CRM) are highly valued.
